Beyonce's Lemonade Diet Has Recently Been Considered One Of The Fastest Rising Diets.

This is not a lemonade diet at all because if all she did was drink lemonade she would not be doing herself any favors. The actual diet is called the master cleanse diet and she used it to lose 20 pounds, even though that was not her complete intention.

It is unbelievable that such a fast method of losing weight could have not been popular before Beyonce talked about it on Oprah.

But it is true that a lot of folks in the health circuit were aware of this for a very long time. While the medical field seems to have been divided on the real good effects of the Beyonce Lemonade diet, celebrities all around the world continue to use it as a means of getting an attractive body.

Beyonce had gained some weight and needed to lose it in a hurry. The great thing about Hollywood is that they have access to the best and the greatest of everything. Losing 20 pounds in 10 days in Hollywood is common, but to do it in a healthy way is not so common. Beyonce took an approach that has been called the Beyonce lemonade diet, but is really the master cleanse diet.

It is a diet that is done for one to two weeks, usually 10 days is a good time frame, and it cleanses your colon. You are storing up to 20 pounds of junk in your colon and it needs to be flushed out.

Sure Beyonce also lost some fat weight, but a good 5 to 7 pounds came directly from her colon. This will cleanse your entire body because you will get rid of all the nasty toxins you are storing in your colon.

Lemons provide citric juice which is stimulates detoxification of blood. It also lowers risk of infections, boosts urinary health and a healthy skin, prevents diabetes, and minimizes chances of high blood pressure, dental problems, heart disease and even cancer.

Maple syrup acts as an antioxidant; it has manganese, an essential mineral used to produce energy and antioxidant defenses to protect body cells against damage. The zinc property found in it helps boost the immune system, generally.

Before you undertake this program, ensure that you have a properly planned schedule which should be followed religiously. Vary your foods to avoid monotony, and space your meals throughout the day. Remember to keep your body hydrated all the time.

Although it was not meant to be a weight loss diet, it can still be used to effectively shed weight. However, you should change your lifestyle. Stop intake of alcohol, smoking, coffee, and sugar. Reduce intake of meat, you should substitute this with vegetables, fruits, natural oils from avocado, olives, and hemp. Use herbal drinks which stimulate production of energy like chamomile tea.
