Basics Of Zumba Holland Mi

By Grace Rivas

In the world of fitness, one of the most popular forms of exercise these days would now be known as Zumba holland mi. Now just so one would know, this type of exercise was first brought over by a Colombian dance teacher with his businessman friend. They formed the very popular Zumba Fitness Center which attracted a lot of people instantly because of its uniqueness.

Of course in order to learn this popular style of fitness, it is always best to enroll in an official class. However, before one enrolls, he can actually learn some of the basic moves of the trade so he will not be caught off guard. Now just for the beginners out there, these are some simple moves to know of.

Now the very first step that one will be taught would actually be the salsa move. So for those who do not know this move, all there is to do would be to stand feet together with hands on the sides. From that position, use one leg to step to one side which would be followed by the other leg.

The second move would be a little bit more difficult as there are more hand and leg movements. Now this involves first bending the knees while also bending the elbows, then shake the arms while still bending the knees. At the same time, put one leg up and turn with the pivoted leg until a full turn has been completed then just keep on repeating the move.

The third move basically would add a little bit more of that Latin beat into the act by putting some real dance moves. So to do this, one just has to stand up straight and use one foot to tap the ground repeatedly. After that, he will then use his other foot to also tap the ground and do what he did with his first leg.

Now the last move is a little bit of an interesting one because it now involves hip movement. Basically, this move involves bending the knees just a little bit while rotating the hips. Slowly bend the legs more while still rotating the hips so that the body goes lower and then later straighten the knees while still rotating so that the entire body will go up.

Basically, these are the four most basic steps that one will be learning when he would enroll for a class. Now if he combines all of this four, then he will get a complete exercise routine. If he would want, he can jazz things up a little bit by adding some fast paced Latin music and adding a little bit of hand movement as well.

Now once one has learned all these four basic Zumba holland mi moves, then he may actually have a workout of his own. Of course by enrolling in a real class, he will be taught how to make variations from these basic four. He will definitely have a tiring time after a full zumba workout.
