The Myth - Getting Muscle Mass With Out Fat

By Maya Hartley

Lots of you have expressed concerns about gaining too much body fat during such a high calorie diet, and ponder whether you want to do some exercising aerobically to cancel out the weight gain.

Absolutely not.

That will be detrimental to gaining muscle. For optimum results, you can have to train and diet to understand muscle or reduce weight. One or the other. A high level true hardgainer, you can not do both. By trying, you will not make any substantial progress regardless of what. So, the time has come to gain weight. You might worry about fat loss later.

In fact there are no magic pills, powders, foods or exercises that will permit you to build muscle and lose fat at the same time.

All this is determined by your genetics and metabolism. Many people can do it, some can't. If you're naturally thin and also have a difficult time putting on the weight of any type, it could be silly person to consider you will be able to gain muscle while continuing to keep your body fat low.

Most skinny guys wish to gain more muscle, but you are afraid of gaining weight. They see all the bodybuilder photos and study the stories about people gaining pounds of muscle while losing pounds of fat - They need to do the same. When looking at these photos, you need to know that most of those people don't have your body type. A lot of them are overweight and want to lose fat, not build muscle.

'Well', you say, 'What about people who transformed their bodies? They lost fat and gained muscle'. Yes, but the vast majority of these people were overweight, or had high levels of body fat. To put it differently, their metabolisms were, typically, slow. They simply dieted and trained for weight loss.

Weight training helped these phones tone up and slightly grow their muscle mass by replacing a few of the fat with muscle. However, you won't ever increase your weight far above your original starting weight with that type of diet.

In other words, even though you gain some muscle, you'll actually weight less!

As an example, Big Joe weighs 189lbs with 18% weight. This works out to become 34lbs of fat and 155lbs of muscle. Then he goes on a fat reduction diet and slowly diets down to a ripped 5% excess fat at 168lbs, that is 8.4lbs of fat and 160lbs of muscle. He lost 26lbs of fat, and also the weight only happened by 21lbs. So, looking until this we understand he managed to also gain 5lbs of muscle. You can see that he has more muscular mass than as he started, and the man looks totally ripped, but his weight decreased because his absolute goal was weight loss. He looks much better, and his measurements changed, but he only increased his total weight by five pounds.

If you are very thin, you can not do this. Yes, your body fat will decrease, as well as also present you with more muscle mass, but it will not likely enhance your weight. You are going to just get much thinner. Big Joe was 'big' to start with; we are not. To have the same results as Big Joe, you should first gain the strain, and then pay attention to losing our bodies fat later. Joe had the dimensions; he just necessary to trim down. We do not hold the size to utilize, therefore we must force your system to grow beyond our body's comfort range. This is actually hard part.

That is why if you want to grow beyond the current size, you need to diet for it specifically.

Remember, nearly all of you have extremely fast metabolisms. Gaining weight will likely be extremely difficult.

The only way you will get bigger is usually to shock one's body.

You must shock your body by:

1. Training with household names, and

2. Eating a lot of calories.

The very first shock is to use weight training. You have to give attention to compound free- weight exercises, and lift big names, which will stimulate the most crucial amount of muscle fibers. Your body responds to this stimulus by giving you better muscle mass.

The second way we must shock our body is by eating more calories than the body is used to. This can be the the very first thing in gaining mass. Whenever you overload your system with plenty of protein and fats, your body has no other option but to obtain weight.
